Looking closely at your screen recording, the panel on the right side appears to be from a different extension - "Imageye – Image downloader" - not Download All Images https://download-all-images.com/. Could you try again with Download All Images (the one this feedback page belongs to)? It scans the whole page rather than only the visible area, so it should pick up all the promo banners. If some images are still missing with our extension, please let me know - that would usually mean the site lazy-loads them only when scrolled into view, and I'd be happy to dig into it.
